Consumer Rights and the Consumer Rights Act 2015

You have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered as agreed, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your statutory consumer rights have been breached, please contact us at sales@beachofdeal.com. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Distance Selling and Your Right to Cancel

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“Cancellation Period”), subject to the terms below.

To cancel, please contact us at sales@beachofdeal.com or via our website, before the end of the Cancellation Period.

Return of Goods

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Refunds

We will refund you upon receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition (as determined by us acting reasonably), using the original payment method.

We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling.

Exclusions

Some goods we sell are exempt from this returns policy – this include perishable items, custom-made items, products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g. where a seal has been broken) and digital downloads. If you require more information contact us at sales@beachofdeal.com.
